In addition, Sleep-In Staffare also present and on standby, ready to assist at any moment should additional support be required during the night. This dual staffing approach ensures that all overnight care needs are met with efficiency, sensitivity, and professionalism. The number of overnight staff assigned to each house is carefully determined based on the specific number of clients and the level of care required, allowing us to maintain a safe, secure, and well-supported environment at all times.
